Upcoming Events

The Board of Directors meetings are held the 2nd Thursday of each month, at 6:00 pm at the Crystal River United Methodist Church Bethel Chapel (little white church) 4801 N Citrus Avenue, Crystal River.

Attention! During the meetings we will still be practicing social distancing. Please bring your own mask, gloves, sanitizer if you wish.

Invoices are getting mailed out on December 11th. If you do not received your billing for 2021, please contact Villages Services at 352-746-6770. If you wish to run for the board of directors please turn in an Intent to Run forms  which can be found under Notices & Forms. For questions or information on serving on the MFPOA Board, for a 3-year term, please contact our Property Manager:

Past Due date is Jan 31st, 2021, If your assesment is not mailed or filed prior to this date a $25 late fee will be added to your assesment.
