The Board of Directors meetings are held the 3rd Thursday of each month, at 6:00pm at the Crystal River United Methodist Church Bethel Chapel 4801 N Citrus Avenue, Crystal River.

Attention Mini Farms members:

The Board of Directors has decided to follow the mandate of County and State government. On March 9, Governor DeSantis issued Executive Order 20-52, declaring a State of Emergency for COVID-19. We will resume meetings as soon as they are safe.

I have been informed that the invoices and ballots are in the mail. For questions or anyone that wants to serve on the MFPOA, for a 3-year term, please contact our Property Manager:

Our Board

President - Jon Payne

Has lived in the mini farms for 24 years and is married with two sons one 21 and the other 18. Jon recently retired from the Citrus County Sheriff’s office after 20 years of service. While employed at the Sheriffs office he held several positions Partol Deputy, K-9 Deputy, Community Deputy, Detective and School resource officer at both elementary and midddle schools in Inverness. While he worked as a patrol Deputy Jon was assigned to the patrol zone that cover the mini farms and patrolled the mini farms for several years. Jon’s (3) year term on the board is up in 2020 and he is looking forward to serving longer.
